This experience is for Mezcal affecionados, as well as for newbies to this smoky spirit. In this 1 to 1.5-hour interactive "mexology" class, Luis will teach you about history of Mezcal, how to choose a great mezcal and how to make your own Mexcal cocktail with tips from a pro!
Using only a few easy-to-find ingredients, you’ll create a unique cocktail and learn the dynamics of how to make a great cocktail! We’ll send you a list of ingredients to buy and the recipes to review beforehand. You will then be ready to make your own cocktail along with the Luis. You’ll have time to ask any questions you might have about Mexican spirits, history, Puerto Vallarta and your cocktail during the class.

Luis was born in the US but raised in Bucerias, Mexico. He is an expert in Mezcal and now owns of most popular artesanal mezcal bars in the bay! He only serves small batch mezcales and gives classes in his bar! He also happens to be a great tour guide with us and a passionate story teller!
